KukuVet provides poultry guidance, farm management tools, a marketplace, training and related services. You need an account to use most features.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break security, no scraping or resale of the platform without written permission.

KukuVet AI provides general poultry information and practical guidance. It is not a veterinary diagnosis and does not replace examination by a qualified veterinary professional.

For serious, unusual or fast-spreading disease, high mortality, or any suspected notifiable disease, consult a licensed veterinarian and your local authority immediately.

Medicine names, dosages and withdrawal periods vary by country and product. Always confirm against the product label and local regulations before treating birds.

You remain responsible for decisions taken on your farm.

Some features are free and some require a paid plan or AI credits. What each plan includes is shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by Pesapal, which supports M-Pesa and card payments. We do not store your full card details or your M-Pesa PIN.

Paid access runs for the period purchased. Credits already consumed are not refundable, and unused credits may expire at the end of a billing period where stated.

Sellers must describe products and services accurately, hold the licences their category requires, and honour agreed delivery terms.

Buyers must provide accurate delivery details and pay through the platform's supported channels.

KukuVet facilitates transactions between users. Except where we are the seller, contracts for goods and services are between buyer and seller.

We may suspend or remove listings, accounts or reviews that breach these rules or applicable law.

Experts listed on KukuVet are independent professionals. Verification checks their credentials but does not make KukuVet a party to the professional advice given.

Consultation notes and shared farm data must be used only for the purpose of that consultation.

You keep ownership of the records, photos, listings and messages you upload. You grant KukuVet the licence needed to store, process and display that content in order to run the service for you.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

We work to keep KukuVet available and accurate, but the service is provided without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, KukuVet is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or livestock losses arising from decisions you make using the service.

You can stop using KukuVet and close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
